To apply, a business must submit a completed CRP application (found at the link above), along with Proof of Expenditure and Proof of Employment forms, and a $500 application fee. Once CRP benefits are granted, it is the responsibility of the business to file a Certificate of Continuing Eligibility (found at the link above), each year between June 1st and 30th.
