Liquor Authority
The Liquidator's Permit allows a business that is closing to sell its entire stock of products to other businesses. The permit is issued by the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA).
Beverages must be sold in closed containers to other licensed businesses. The permit is valid only for one transaction.
